Prior to founding WELLIVING, Galina managed a family business in Moscow with a monthly revenue of 300 million rubles. In 2020, she established the Makarovskaya Group, which includes WELLIVING as well as a corporate dance project called "Dance Synchronization."

The leading architect and creator of the WELLIVING concept. With 17 years of experience in the field and a degree from Moscow State Stroganov Academy of Industrial and Applied Arts, she is a recognized expert in her field.

Elena has successfully completed more than 60 projects ranging from 70 to 3000 sq. m in seven countries. Her clients include Rostelecom and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
