Deliberate approach
We believe that good design should be grounded in the needs of our clients. That's why our approach is deliberate and client-centered, with a focus on creating spaces that promote comfort, relaxation, and well-being. Our concept is simple: we design spaces that cater to the daily needs of our clients, from sound sleep to efficient household chores, and from relaxation to recreation after a long day. By putting a comfortable and high-quality life at the center of our solutions, we create thoughtfully designed spaces that envelop our clients in tenderness and comfort.
Healthy Building
We design spaces that prioritize the health and comfort of our clients. Our Healthy Building concept is based on the nine foundations of healthy living discovered by scientists at Harvard University, including ventilation, air quality, thermal health, moisture, dust and pests, safety and security, water quality, noise, lighting and views. By integrating these elements into our designs, we create spaces that promote physical and mental health, reduce stress, and improve overall quality of life.
Optimization and zoning
We optimize living spaces by creating functional zones that work together seamlessly. By arranging spaces on one level and minimizing unused areas, we maximize the total area of the home. We also prioritize the daily routine by providing spacious storage rooms and well-designed technical and staff areas. Our team of experts in design, architecture, landscape and planning, and project management work together to create beautiful and functional spaces that are tailored to our clients' needs.
Integrated design approach
We integrate parallel work on architecture design, interior design, and infrastructure planning that can significantly reduce construction time, accurately calculate a projected budget, and prevent unpleasant surprises at the construction site.
Aestethic minimalism
We embrace the aesthetic of minimalism in our approach to interior and architectural design. By focusing on precision and the ideal embodiment of shapes, we create spaces that are visually striking yet unobtrusive. Our minimalistic approach removes unnecessary details and distractions, fostering self-expression and enabling our clients to focus on what truly matters to them.
High-quality construction
We prioritize high-quality construction to bring the WELLIVING concept to life. Our approach includes rigorous quality control at every stage of the project, from architecture design with carefully chosen materials and technologies to accurate budgeting from the outset.

We also provide independent building supervision and select contractors based on their commitment to transparency, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Our focus on building strong, long-term partnerships with our contractors ensures that every project we undertake is completed to the highest standards of quality.
Relevance and high liquidity
We understand the importance of relevance and high liquidity in the spaces we create. Our integrated approach to design and high-quality construction ensures the durability of WELLIVING spaces, which remain in high demand over time.

By focusing on timeless design elements, our spaces do not become obsolete, and provide strong investment value for our clients.

Architectural engineering
4-5 months
At the first meeting, we take the opportunity to present the concept and basic principles of our work at Welliving. We listen carefully to all the wishes and ideas of our clients, discuss the initial vision of the project, and request necessary information such as site parameters, photographic materials, infrastructure and communications, and a projected budget to form an initial concept of the project.
We offer our clients our vision of the project concept developed based on their wishes, the information provided, and the principles of the Welliving concept. At this stage, we discuss initial layouts, general style preferences, and possible facade solutions.
At this stage, all the main drawings and 3D visualizations are made. The stage of preliminary architectural design includes the following steps: location of a house on a site, development of floor plans, facades, and sections of a house, as well as all the necessary data for further design stages.
At this stage, the main working drawings of the stages of architectural and constructive decisions are made.

5. Development of design drawings
6. Development of the working part of the project

8. Photo session of a completed project
Once an initial project concept is agreed upon, we proceed to draw up and coordinate a target specification with our client for signing an agreement.
Once the target specification is agreed upon, we sign an agreement with our clients.
Once the project is completed, we hand over the works to our clients.
We also offer our clients a photo session of the completed project to showcase their new living space.
Interior design
4-5 months
At the beginning of the process, we meet with our client to discuss their vision for the space and to gather any relevant information, such as plans and budget constraints.
Based on our conversations with the client, we develop an initial concept for the space and present it to the client for their feedback and approval.
We work with the client to select materials and finishes that will complement the design of the space, while also staying within budget constraints.

4. Design drawings and 3D visualization
5. Selection of materials and finishes
6. Implementation and project management
7. Final walkthrough and photo session
We work closely with the client to finalize the design plans, including any necessary revisions or changes. Once we have agreement on the final design, we draw up a target specification for the project and sign an agreement with the client.
Using the agreed-upon design plans, we develop detailed drawings and 3D visualizations of the space, so the client can get a clear idea of what the finished space will look like.
Once the design plans are finalized and materials are selected, we oversee the implementation of the project, coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure that the design is executed to our high standards.
After the space is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure that everything is to their satisfaction. We then schedule a professional photo session to capture the beauty of the finished space.
Landscape design
3-5 months
We start by getting to know our clients and their vision for their outdoor space. We listen to their wishes, ideas, and requirements and gather information about the site to create an initial concept.
We present our clients with our vision for their outdoor space, based on their wishes, information provided, and the principles of the Welliving concept. At this stage, we discuss site zoning, location of small-scale architecture, general style preferences, landscaping options, and possible spatial composition solutions.
We conduct a topographical survey, take measurements, and photograph the site to study the geographical characteristics, documentation, and communications of the site.

4. Signing of an Agreement
5. A pre-project analysis of a site
6. Development of design drawings
7. Development of the working part of a project
We create all the main drawings and 3D visualizations to visualize the design and ensure that it meets the client's requirements.
We create the main working drawings, including a plan for moving the soil, a vertical relayout, landscaping plans, layout plans, a dendrological plan, and a lighting scheme.
8. Handing-over of the works
9. A photo session of a completed project
Once we have a clear understanding of the client's needs and desires, we draw up a target specification and coordinate it with the client for agreement.
After both parties agree to the target specification, we sign an agreement to move forward with the project.
Once the project is complete, we hand over the finished work to the client.
Finally, we conduct a photo session of the completed project to capture the beauty of the finished landscape design.
Master planning
3-5 months
During the first meeting, we will introduce the Welliving architecture studio's concept and principles to the customer. We will listen to all their wishes and ideas, discuss the initial vision of the project, and request necessary information such as development and landscaping parameters, cadastral plans, photographic materials, infrastructure and communications, and a projected budget to form an initial project concept.
Based on the customer's input and principles of the Welliving concept, we will present our vision of the project concept. At this stage, we will discuss the general planning solutions and zoning, general style preferences, and possible spatial composition solutions.
A topographical survey, measurements, and photography are carried out to study the site's geographical characteristics, documentation, and communications. Features of the relief will also be studied to ensure the project's feasibility.

4. Signing of an Agreement
5. Pre-project analysis of the site
6. Development of a general plan
7. Handing-over of the works
A master plan is created that contains an analytical and design section. The composition and degree of elaboration of these documents depend on the agreements with the customer.
8. A photo session of a completed project
We will create a target specification that outlines the project's scope, timeline, budget, and other details agreed upon by the customer.
Once the customer approves the target specification, we will sign an agreement to proceed with the project.
After completing the project, we will hand over the works to the customer.
We will conduct a photo session to capture the project's final outcome and showcase it to the customer.
