This is a two-story house with a multipurpose flat roof, located in the village of Novorizhsky. The project is currently in the planning or development stage.

Designed in a comfortable minimalist style, this two-story house features a spacious free-flowing layout on the ground floor for the owners, as well as a separate area for guests or staff on the second floor.

Attention has been given to zoning, storage areas, and engineering and utility service rooms to ensure maximum practicality and efficiency.
